Phoebe Philo Monograph

Project title — Monograph
Ravensbourne 2016

The brief asked us to create a monograph about a chosen designer, a creative that pioneered in his/her field. I chose Phoebe Philo, who was the creative director at fashion brand Celiné at the time. 

The concept of my monograph was based on the quality of the material in Philo's design, combined with timeless, simple, yet textured silhouettes. My research indicated these factors as main objectives at Celiné. I wanted to translate this into my paper choices and editorial design.
